Welcome to Advance Soccer Academy. By registering for or using our programs, services, or website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Use of Services
Our programs are open to children and families who agree to follow our academy’s Code of Conduct.
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information upon registration.
2. Payments & Refunds
Program fees must be paid before the start of each term or program.
Fees are non-refundable once paid, unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing.
3. Safety & Conduct
Players and parents must follow safety instructions from our coaches.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove participants who breach safety, behaviour, or conduct rules.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable step to ensure safety, participation in football activities involves physical activity and some risk.
Advance Soccer Academy is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost property except where required by law.
5. Changes to Services
We may update or change program schedules, fees, or services with reasonable notice.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
