We are dedicated to providing high-quality football coaching that nurtures each player’s development through purposeful, tailored training. Our programs are designed to support players of all levels, and we look forward to welcoming your child into our academy.

The following are the terms and conditions for participation in Advance Soccer Academy programs.
By enrolling your child into our program, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Advance Soccer Academy prior to completing your registration.


Advance Soccer Academy – Terms of Participation & Code of Conduct
Thank you for choosing Advance Soccer Academy. We are committed to providing a high-quality, safe, and inspiring football environment where every player has the opportunity to grow. By enrolling your child into our program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation Acknowledgement
Football is a physical and dynamic sport. By enrolling, you acknowledge that participation involves a level of physical contact and risk. You accept this risk on behalf of your child and release Advance Soccer Academy from any liability for injury that may occur during regular program activities, to the extent permitted by law.

2. Enrolment & Session Requirements
To participate in our programs, each child must:

Be officially enrolled and fully paid for the term or session

Wear the Advance Soccer Academy uniform, which is provided upon joining

Wear football boots and shin guards at all sessions

Remove all jewellery before participating for safety reasons

Failure to comply may result in temporary exclusion from training to protect your child and others.

3. Attendance & Punctuality
We ask all players to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their session start time. This helps ensure sessions run smoothly and safely. If a player arrives late, they may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the session to join in.

4. Parent Responsibilities
Parents and guardians are expected to ensure:

Players bring sufficient water

Players have sun protection when applicable (e.g. sunscreen or hats for outdoor venues)

5. Medical & Emergency Authorisation
It is your responsibility to inform Advance Soccer Academy of any medical conditions, allergies, asthma, injuries, or other relevant health matters.

By enrolling, you authorise Advance Soccer Academy staff to:

Provide basic first aid

Call for emergency medical assistance (ambulance)

Take any reasonable action in the event of illness or injury

6. Media Consent
Advance Soccer Academy may take photos or video footage during training sessions for promotional or educational use (e.g. social media, website, flyers).

By enrolling, you grant permission for your child to appear in such media unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

7. Privacy
All personal information collected is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Your information is used solely for:

Program administration

Contacting you with academy updates

Providing a safe and organised training environment

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver the program (e.g. venue access in emergencies).

8. Refunds & Missed Sessions
We strive to be fair and flexible, but also uphold clear policies to support the integrity of our programs.

Refunds will only be considered:

If your child sustains a serious injury or medical condition that prevents continued participation

And if official medical evidence is provided

In the case of missed sessions due to personal reasons (e.g. illness, travel), we:

Do not provide refunds

May offer a make-up session subject to availability during the same term

Do not carry credits forward to future terms unless agreed in writing

If a session is cancelled by Advance Soccer Academy (e.g. due to extreme weather or venue closure), we will attempt to:

Offer a make-up session, or

Provide a credit for future enrolment

9. Code of Conduct – Players & Families
Advance Soccer Academy is committed to a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all.

Players are expected to:

Show respect to coaches, teammates, and staff

Listen to instructions and remain engaged in training

Use appropriate language and behaviour at all times

Parents/Guardians must:

Encourage and support from the sidelines

Not enter the playing area during training

Respect coaches, staff, and other families

Collect their child promptly at session end times

Behavioural Policy
Any behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or harmful — by either player or parent — may result in removal from sessions or from the academy entirely.

In such cases:

No refund will be issued

Repeat or serious violations may lead to permanent exclusion from the program
